I haven't had an opportunity to write about the benefit dinner on Saturday.

It was....

Incredible.

Over 400 people in the community showed up for the dinner and the silent auction at our church benefiting our family and 3 other families currently battling cancer.

I was in tears most of the night. Over 100 items were donated and most of them went in the silent auction.

There was more love in that room than we have ever felt. To know that the community is there in support of you and wanting to reach out and help... well...
it is nothing short of miraculous.

Before Ambriel got this, I had lost my faith in a lot of people following my divorce.

This sickness has allowed me to see how good people are. I have learned what an amazing family we have. I have seen what incredible friends we have.

We truly are blessed through this disease.
